Q.

my son is 5+ his weight is14.5 and he became thin .so what kind of food make him fat n healthy? he had adenoids. tell me the better way to reduce them.. can you please share immunity boosters

A. hi mom make nuts powder made up of cashew almonds and dry dates and add in milk give a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits soup rice milkshakes mix vegetables dal khichdi dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu to be included for better immunity
