My son is 45 days old.. can I eat all the things now.. will he have any problem with it ?

If your doctors advised you to skip on anything then it’s a question then otherwise there is no restriction of eating any kind of food just avoid eating much of junk food as you also know it’s not very healthy also too much of spicy food would not be advisable to eat whatever you like to eat
