My son is 4 yrs old. He does not want to anything on his own. If i dont remember, he does not even drink water on his own. I have to spoon feed everything. How do i teach him to do thinhs on his own.

A. give appetite boosting supplements . provide proper physical activity and do not to force feed instead you should give him food in colourful plates and make him eat along with you . eat beside him by making him sit on a dining table during the mel time gradually he will start eating on his self
