my son is 4 yrs old but he is Underweight. he is active kid. but I want him to atleast put 2 to 3 kgmore. as he is now 13 kg. please Dr help me out as what should I give him. he eats everything...

Your child is a little underweight I reach should be about 16 as of now I would advise you to go ahead with giving more of veg non-veg protein that’s going to be very helpful dairy products are also going to be very helpful still if you see the weight gain is not happening then you can consult your doctor one time
