A. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain. it can also occur due to nutritfional deficiency mainly vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there mighft be limb pain. if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

A. This is a growth pain theme that is very very common with kids at this age so don’t worry about it you can just go ahead with your doing a leg massage every day for your child special in the night before going to sleep and also if you want you can start with vitamin D supplement
