My son is 4 months old having fever and mild cold from 3 days I have given him SINEREST 2ml 3 times a day (first 2 days) from yesterday he got fever given him paracetamol 2 ml. nothing working need help. PS: Can't take him to hospital due to Covid cases at my place.

A. do not panic because viral fever can last from three to five days time and you need to go as per the prescription of your doctor . give paracetamol 6 hourly. r you can take online consultations during the time of pandemic
