my son is 4 months old. can we start Cerelac or any puree ?? what is quantity and timings??

A. Namaste Mom Would not recommend that as the baby digestive system is still not ready to accept it instead from the age of 5 months you can start with liquid consistency foods and then from age of 6 months you can start with semi solid and mashed foods

A. The correct is to give food to the child is after completing the time of six months don’t be in a hurry let your child have feed only for first six months which is mandatory and important for their gut health so please don’t be in a hurry to introduce food
