my son is 4 mon old, he is having dry patche on leg.. and slowly it is getting bigger?? we have showed to our regular pediatrician and he said apply coconut oil and it will go. but now it is spreading ... what to do??

A. If it is spreading the it might be atopic dermatitis avoid itching or scratching the skin and apply coconut oil abd Cetaphil baby lotion twice on that area and consult a skin specialist
