My son is 4.5 years old.He understands everything and obey all commands .But doesn't call mama and papa everytime.He tells everything that he listens.what should I do?

Mam first you have to understand how well is your child learning and understanding things does your child actually understand what you are saying or just repeating behind you because understanding is very important and if your child is not still saying mamma papa you please talk to your doctor once
