My son is 4.5 year old. I want healthy food chart for him and how to avoid vitamin d deficiency if no sun exposure?

A. vitamin D is formed under the skin when it is exposed to sunlight so if no sun exposure then you need to give supplements and also give eggs lean meat fish and holds a nutritious diet that contains carbohydrates right balance of proteins vitamins minerals in the form of seasonal fruits and veggies and all so maintain good hydration
