My son is 3yr old diagnosed with mild autism Occupational therapy is running from.last 2 months, speech delayed improvement are there but sill can we go for ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment is this helpful ?

No, there is not, and you have to continue the treatment as long as it take because the Ayurveda treatment or homeopathy treatment is more slower than a allopathy treatment. So you should just continue with it rather than this. You should take a course there are many courses available, which will help you to guide , and make your baby well as soon as possible by using that tricks at home
