my son is 3month old for 7days he didn't pass stool I gave him evict 2.5ml for last two days still now he didn't pass stool... but he is active I m worrying about this is there any remedy for constipation I m giving tummy massage also

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. constipation is quite common in real peace below the Earth of 6 months a baby can go without passing still even up to 10 days also There is no need to use medicines
