my son is 3 years old..His skin is not shiny,its very dull always,even using aloe lotion after bath.whats the reason,how to cure?

A. dry skin might be his skin type. Implement a daily bathing and moisturizing routine to protect skin and lock in moisture.. use mild soaps that are fragrance free and with a neutral or low pH.
