my son is 3 years 5 months old .he used to be with his grandfather.now my father got covid positive.but my son is not showing any symptoms please suggest me what should I do

A. hi your baby is 3 year old now you need to watch baby for sign of covid infection like High grade fever or breathing difficulty or irritation or body pain

A. tq sir .in last two days he got motion night time normally.is it ok.or it is any symptom of stomach trouble.and normally his apettite is less by this also I cannot recognise.what should I do sir.please give me suggestions
