Our RTPCR result is Negative however my daughter (3 years old) RTPCR result is showing Positive. My daughter having no Symptoms of COVID. Please suggest proper medications.

A. in children there is no precautionary medicine you need to ghve only symptomatic treatment like cold or fever medicine if any and start a multivitamin supplement like AtoZ syrup 5 ml once a day
