my son is 3 years 2 months.. he has started to go to school for the past one week.. I wanted to know how to take good care of his skin. he sweats a lot generally. nowadays even more since going to school. so his skin looks darker than usual and also dull.. please do help

A. hi mom. use good quality moisturiser daily after wash and also in the morning u can use cocunut oil to massage the skin of child whuch prrvents any irritation. also use cold water to wash highly sweating area so to prevent heat rasges
