My son is 3 year 4 month old, but he has 11 hemoglobin and weight is also 11 what should I do for him to gain aa weight

A. Dear parent, to gain weight, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, peanuts, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, dry fruits like dates and raisins are rich in iron as well.
