my child has 3 yrs old her weight is 11 kg what should I do to gain her weight

A. The weight on an average is on the lower side and we expect another 2 to 3 kg improvement so start giving high-protein diet like eggs non-vegetarian food pulses dry fruits and nuts etc.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi It should be a minimum of 14 KG or as of now 14 to 16 KG would be appropriate but minimum is 14 KG at the current is that your child is it so it’s better that you want to take a consultation from a nutrition experts for a good diet plan that you should follow
