SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good morning Some babies don't poo even upto 10 days. If baby is active and healthy and if taking feeds well then no issues. If baby doesn't po for more than a week or ten days then you should see your doctor for further analysis. Green poo is fine not an issue. Po color shouldn't be black or red anytime. The color doesn't matter much always check for consistency. If consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then it is important to check with your doctor.
