Q.

My baby is passing foul swelling feaces from last one day and is bit watery.....what should i do???

A. Hi parent keep her hydrated by giving her BM mom.should not consume food that is tough to digest Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered mom shouldn't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Enterogermina probiotics drops twice a day two drops can be given if motions are watery and frequent
