my son is 3 months old.. from few days he started to pass motion every third day.. yesterday was also he had to pass motion bt he did very little.. what should I do to make him pass motion otherwise he is active n exclusively on bf . should I consult dr? pls help

A. the baby exclusively on mothers breastfeeding there is no need to worry about the constipation baby is having this is common in babies below 6 months of age no medicines are required
