Emset you can give us for the current age of your child you have not mentioned whether it is 3.5 years of 3.5 months are there is no clarity with the age of the child so I would recommend you to give it as per the current age and weight gain of your child

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello Mom intially you can give medication for the vomits like vomikind or domstel but if child is vomiting out again and again and definitely there is some problem like stomach infection or chest congestion in that case you should consult with the doctor
