my son is 2yrs 1month old he is 10.1kgs he still eat mashed food forcely how to increase his weight and height

A. You should slowly change the texture otherwise he will be very much used to it that he will start refusing anything in solid form. Keep blending the food but don't blend it completely. Reduce the blending time so that the food is kind of pureed but not completely. Once he gets accustomed to it reduce the blending again so the food is coarse and not completely pureed. Take it slowly. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight. Height mainly depends on genes. Continue giving healthy and balanced diet.
