Q.

My son is 23 months old he is not speaking properly...and he arranges toys in the order (one after one) and if he gets angry he claps hardly...when I googled both are symptom of autism is that true I'm worried

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also please do not search more in google otherwise you will be confused and better to evaluate your baby once with child doctor in person and also baby start speaking proper between the age of 30-36 months. take care
