my son is 23 months old, he is not able speak yet, his eye contact and everything is good, he is hold his body tight (while saying hi or Tata) somebody say he is robotic, I feel bad and I'm so much worrying about this is that normal?

A. he is eye contact is good

A. the child was about two years old and not speaking properly under eye contact is also not good it should not be ignored consult your doctor was for a proper assessment
