My son is 20 months old. He is not eating good. Wen I ever feed him he spits the food. Wt shld I do. Plz help. I cannot take him to doctor because outside atmosphere not good.

Other than making the food appealing and interesting there is no other way to make him eat.Instead of giving the regular food everyday which will bore him try new recipes and dishes that will elevate his taste buds. you can check the parenting app for recipes and also ways to build immunity which is important right now.
