My son is 2 yr 11 month old.He is diagnosed with mild autism.He is having therapy and started knowing the colours but he is repeating things a lot like if you will question him he will repeat the question instead of answering it .He keeps on spinning things.He is going to playschool also and I have informed them also about his situation.What should I do more to see improvement in him?When will he be fully recovered?
