my son is 2 years this may. he only utters 5-6 words. is that normal? everyone says boys are slow. I'm a bit worried. he understands everything and responds thru actions and sounds but not words. everything else is normal. his energy levels are also high. please advise

A. it is perfectly fine never used to speak my nephew never used to speak by the age of two and a half year everyone was very worried but when he started speaking now he speaks everything very clearly in past 2 years he learnt a lot of words
