my son is 2 years and showing symptoms of cold, he eyes get watery n he keeps rubbing the eyes with hands, and the eyes become little red due to continuous rubbing, ? should I be concerned? any eye infection may have caused or id it due to cold

A. due to call the child is having congestion cough and cold so you have to first treat the cough and cold and then only the condition in the eyes of the child will go away so kindly visit your doctor
