Q.
My son is 2 years and I m unable to make him feed food properly because he doesn’t eat anything willingly but always there’s a kind of forceful eating which leads to lots of crying and screaming. What shuld I do ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom avoid force feeding the child as that would be of not much help , instead make a diet routine for them , and prefer to almost follow that , offer foods in small quantites and at times when he isnt willing to have ignore them.
offer only water so that he is hydrated and avoid unnecesary snacking.
add flavours and variety to foods.
