Q.

My son is 2.5 years old and he is under weight and height. what can I do?

A. dear parent, some kids gain weight and height slowly. if child is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. A 2+ years old child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products
