Q.

my son is 2.5 years he is having cough and cold and he is having fever of 100 which is coming down and then coming again did fever is normal as he is having cough and cold or something serious

A. Cold cough and fever is very common right now due to weather and temperature chain or consult the doctor continue with the medication and if the fever does not subside maximum within the time of 72 hours further assistance would be required so you can touch with Dr for that
