Q.

fever since 2 days. fever coming down after giving pararcemetol and then again rising after the effect of medicine is over

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. you can repeat paracetamol after every 6 hours if fever is again coming and take a proper treatment after consulting the doctor
