My son is 2.2yrs old. He threw up 3 times and vomit put rice. What could be the reason

A. Vomiting occurs frequently in infants and small children. indigestion or Viral and bacterial infections most often cause vomiting,Give syp vomikind 2 ml 2 times a day, Offer something to eat it drink 1 hours after giving medicine. Also give lots of ors water.
