my son is 2.1years, he not able to speak ,he will speak few single words, he will respond to name, he has good eye contact, he will pointing finger to ask something to show something, he has good social smile, he follows all the commands, understand everything, imitating others immediately, play with other children, he will shows body parts, he will recognise fruits, colours, animals, he will put all the fruits in puzzle socket, animals as well, he is perfect in everything, but he do tip toe, sometimes he flap his hands, if he get excited he hold his body tight and he start shivering for 1or 2 seconds, sometimes he do some finger moments, is that normal? is he going to improve? I'm worried

A. after going to your description it is not possible to tell whether the baby is having normal intellect or not it is better to consult paediatric neurologist for proper evaluation of the baby
