My son used to speak a few words at first but now they have decreased. Even when his name is called, he does not respond many times. But he does follow many other instructions. He also has an eye contact.Will he have any problems?

Your child has an eye contact and your child is following most of the commands that means there is a possibility that your child is confused about its name because in Indian household we called them with different names sometimes they are not aware about what their actual name is so try to work upon that please don’t give any mobile time if you’re giving any and start with Iron supplement for the time
