my son is 19 months old. his right eye turns inwards when he focus on objects sometimes. the left eye remains focussed on the object

What you’re describing sounds like intermittent strabismus (eye misalignment), specifically esotropia, where one eye (in this case, the right) turns inward. At 19 months, this should not be ignored because: Early treatment is crucial to prevent lazy eye (amblyopia) or permanent vision problems. Children may need glasses, eye patching, or in some cases, surgery, depending on the cause and severity. If treated early, the chances of full visual development and eye alignment are much better. Please book an eye exam soon, even if the inward turn happens only sometimes. Early detection makes a big difference.
