Q.

Hi my baby is 19 days old. her eyes are not same her left eye is small when compared with right also if she focus on something both the eye balls are facing towards the inner corner of eye. is this normal or should we consult an opthalmologist?

A. it is very normal that during the initial few months to 1 year of age small amount of squint is very common in children and uusually correct by one or two years of age but still one time examination by the squint specialist is important.t
