Q.

my son is 14 months old but his weight is just 9.6 kgs , but he is very active , but my family says that he should be given some tonic so that he will eat more and become healthy,so can u prescribe something???

A. 9.6 kg weight is good.. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing(after one year) . These spices help in the secretion of digestive juices. Boil the ajwain (carom seeds) in water .  Give it to  your child and it  will work as an excellent appetite booster.  u

A. Weight is fine. Give natural foods. Nuts are very healthy and definitely good for babies kids. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. Its helps in good weight gain and it's very healthy too.
