my son is 14 months old,but he has got 1 teeth oly ,tht to in upper jaw,whn he wil get in lower jaw

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi. it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the process of teeth eruption
