A. It might be due to dryness so you should apply either Vaseline if boroline of the red patches especially at night time after cleaning Dave avoid using soap In face

A. hi it happens because of frequent touching ,dry skin , etc so I would suggest to keep your child skin well moisturised using Babyhug lotion or cream avoid frequent touching
