Q.

My son is 13 months old...he easily catches cold and dry cough....whenever he exposed to cold weather..he got sick.........what should i do to??his immunity is low????what to do to boost up his immunity..plz reply....

A. hello parent your kid is 13 month old history of recurrent episodes of cough and cold noted commonly seen in children less than 5 years of age you may give seasonal fruits like apple banana papaya etc along with dry fruits and nuts powder in milk which are immune boosters

A. Focus more on seasonal , prebiotics and fibre rich foods . Rich in prebiotics and fibre foods are good for maintaining a great gut . A good gut means a good immunity . Prebiotics rich foods can improve kid’s gut health to a great extent .

A. Hi dear mom With the change in weather, Catching cold and cough is very much normal. So no need to worry. To boost immunity give turmeric milk, oranges, lemon, kiwi, coconut water, amla, add garlic ginger in meals. Take care
