my son is 11month complete....but he got only 1 tooth...is it normal?

Absolutely normal the other will also come over the period currently even if your child has one teeth so that is good only the further will mostly start coming in a while but a child and have its first teeth by the age of 17 months also on the higher side so this is very much normal
