My son is 11 years old, he often has nosebleeds. In 2025, this has happened 3-4 times.Could you please advise what might be the reason and if there is anything to be concerned about?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 weeks agoA. Could be associated with heat in the tummy of your child which is why maybe the bleeding is happening it’s a very common scenario with some kids but if it is happening on a very regular basis it’s going to be better to consult an ENT doctor regarding that
