Q.

My son is 11 years old, he often has nosebleeds. In 2025, this has happened 3-4 times.Could you please advise what might be the reason and if there is anything to be concerned about?

A. Could be associated with heat in the tummy of your child which is why maybe the bleeding is happening it’s a very common scenario with some kids but if it is happening on a very regular basis it’s going to be better to consult an ENT doctor regarding that
