my son is 11 month old since 2 days he has puffy eyes few days ago he had viral fever I am very worried before also I have noticed that some times he has puffy eyes swollen underneath eyes

This requires proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination andpuk taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
