Q.
my son is 11 and half months old. he has got teeth in in upper jaw lateral. is that a problem. also he has not started speaking much. just some letters.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it us okay some times there is a change in eruption sequence of teeth. talk as much as you can to your child and the child will start responding soon

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello normal with kids at this age and not to worry about and encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
