Q.
My son is 10 month old and he is suffering from cold and fever ..docter advised to give dolo drops and alerid syrup for cold after giving he has no fever but cold is not yet cured but along with that he is getting rashes on arms and shoulders is it due to alerid syrup ?and he is not eating solid food properly .. please reply

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It can’t be due to alerid as it is an anti allergic syrup so it’s better to consult your Paediatrician once and stop giving it if you have doubt and give indirect steam and put saline nasal drops

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually at this stage usually the baby will catch cold coffee everything it might be due to overall development in reaching the milestone especially during that eating time it happens make sure you keep your baby hydrated well and very hygiene use cotton cloth it takes little time if the rashes due to the medication placed I to consult your doctor once again
