my son is 10 days shy from 22 months. he doesnt speak anything not even mumma papa.. and doesnot respond to commands like pick up this come here is it normal??? p.s he is very responsive to cocomelon rhymes.

Its Change the music of Coco melon or the name your child is familiar to which is why your child is responding to it if your child is not responding to simple commands maybe not responding to name not making eye contact could be delayed age growth it would be important for you to get it checked with a child psychologist to have further understanding over it I’ve been through the same which is why I am telling
