my son is 1 and half year old , he pass his stool 4 times per day ,, after every eating he pass stool

This is going to be in digestion only and nothing else I will just advise you go ahead with giving a medicine to regulate the digestive system of the child you can certainly take an advice with your paediatrician on the issue and they will be able to help you on this
