Q.

my son is 1.5 year old. he had a viral fever for 5 days and is still recovering. however he is very irritated entire day, gets angry a lot. am worried if it's just post fever affect or anything else.

A. hello mommy, my daughter is 22 months. She got high fever for 4 days, after that she is very angry, irritated and fussy. How much time kid takes to recover from this post viral fussiness? what all things you did to make kid normal again?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he had a viral fever and now he is recovering but irritable so give him syrup Zincovit 3 ml twice a day and coconut water

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after euuvery 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

A. More often, your first sign of a fever is that your child seems more irritable and fussy than normal. They also may have a decrease in their appetite, sleep more than they usually do, and may or may not be warm to touch. This is your signal to take their temperature and see if they are coming down with something.
